Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellation and refund requests are handled for services provided by Cyber Care Solutions LLC. Project-specific terms are confirmed in the written proposal or service agreement.
1. Before purchase
Before work begins, customers receive a written proposal describing the agreed services, deliverables, fees, estimated timeline, payment schedule, and any recurring charges or third-party expenses.
2. Requesting a cancellation
To request cancellation, email Cybercaresolutionsllc@gmail.com or call 888-855-2851. Include your name, project or invoice reference, and the requested cancellation date. We will confirm receipt and explain any applicable terms.
3. Refund eligibility
Refund requests are reviewed according to the accepted proposal, the work completed, any reasonable project costs already incurred, and applicable law. Where a refund is approved, we will initiate it to the original payment method where supported. We aim to submit approved refunds within 10 business days; the payment provider or bank may require additional time to post the funds. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
4. Deposits and work in progress
Any deposit, milestone payment, cancellation fee, or amount payable for work already performed must be stated in the written proposal before the customer approves it. We will not apply an undisclosed fee.
5. Digital deliverables
Where a project includes digital files, website work, or other deliverables, the proposal will describe the delivery milestones and when each item is considered delivered. If a dispute arises about a deliverable, contact us promptly so we can review it.
6. Recurring services
If a proposal includes recurring services, the billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation method, and effective cancellation date will be disclosed before the customer agrees. Customers may request cancellation using the contact details below.
