These Terms & Conditions apply to inquiries and services offered by Cyber Care Solutions LLC. A written proposal or service agreement may contain additional terms for a specific project; if terms conflict, the signed project agreement controls for that project to the extent permitted by law.

The specific services, deliverables, timeline, fees, client responsibilities, and exclusions will be described in a written proposal accepted by both parties. Work begins after the scope and payment terms are agreed.

2. Quotes and payment

Quotes are based on the information available when prepared and may change if the scope changes. Fees, payment due dates, deposits, recurring charges, and third-party expenses will be disclosed in the approved proposal before payment.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, required access and permissions, and rights to materials they supply. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive credentials through the website inquiry form.

4. Changes and timelines

Requested changes to the agreed scope may affect fees and timelines and should be approved in writing before additional work begins. Timelines depend on project complexity, client feedback, and third-party services.

5. Intellectual property

Ownership or licensing of project deliverables, source files, and third-party materials will be specified in the written proposal. Each party remains responsible for materials and rights it supplies.

6. Third-party platforms

Services may rely on third-party hosting, advertising, software, domains, or platforms. Those providers may have their own terms, fees, outages, and policies; Cyber Care Solutions LLC does not control their independent decisions.

7. No guaranteed outcomes

SEO rankings, advertising performance, website traffic, sales, platform approvals, and payment processor decisions depend on factors outside our control. We do not guarantee particular rankings, revenue, or approval by PayPal or another payment provider.
